    For the MConfiguration management process we could in general improve by defining reports and next do follow up on the reports.
    The PCC should do the check on the regular basis when it is implemented. For all these reports/procedures, the following needs to be done: 
    • Create the report; SAP BO skills are necessary (Business objects)
    • Define the procedure (to address the right persons to make the corrections). Idea of procedure is also available on the backlog J: Defining problem tickets in     case of a flaw in the CMS; 
    • Execute the procedures on a regular basis 
    • Remove obsolete reports 

    - Voertaal Engels (eventueel Frans) 
    - Sterk Analitisch vermogen 
    - Communicatief vaardig 
    - Kennis van ITIL pre 
    - Kennis van SN9 
    - IT achtergrond 
    - 3- 5 jaar ervaring 

    - Het kan zijn dat er een keertje naar Frankrijk gereisd moet worden
